Scrappy Quilting Banner

4-Patch Animal Charity Quilt

I am calling this a charity quilt because it is made in a pattern that is often used for quick-to-make charity quilts.  This quilt makes good use of 4-patch quilt blocks, which are done in the bright colors children love.  The animal print adds interest to the quilt, as does the striped border.  This quilt could be made very scrappy, or the fabrics could be changed for an older person.  It is a versatile pattern and a good project for the beginning quilter.
