| Color Blocked Small Squares Quilt This quilt is so lovely. It is amazing what you can do with small squares. The effect of the colored blocks on white is a crisp and springtime feel. Notice the tiny pinwheel blocks used as cornerstones. The pinwheels help move your eye around the quilt. Such a small touch, but very important to the design of this quilt. Some quilters shy away from black. You can see how the black patches add to the beauty of this quilt. What a terrific scrappy quilt!
