Scrappy Quilting Banner

Quilted Star Potholders

Here is a great beginner project.  Get out those scraps and make a variety of quilt squares in potholder size.   Bind and quilt them for a fun set of potholders. There are 4 quilt squares in the potholders below.  On the bottom left you have a friendship star.  Above it is a sawtooth star. Continuing clockwise you have friendship star with a pinwheel in the center, and then an Ohio star quilt block. Make these potholders scrappy, using more colors and prints, and you would notice the different quilt blocks and they would be cuter.
